I like the idea of introducing health benefits, if there are any, of the blend of mushrooms to your daily coffee. Have not noticed any stomach/digestive issues in the first week of use. Actually seems to have calmed things but the energy and focus benefits are very noticeable from the first cup. I have not had any energy crashes this week or the fatigue I usually get after work. Tastes very good, mixes well. If you follow the serving and mixing recommendations you WILL NOT get thirty servings per package. More like 40-50. So, factor that into your ordering schedule. Still, a good value for a tasty product. Results wise: less bloat than before and I do have more energy getting out of bed. My mental clarity is also better than before and I am not as distracted.
